On behalf of the FSCONS board I want to announce that the FSCONS 2020 yearly meeting are expected to take place Sunday the 11th of October at Språkbanken, Lennart Torstenssonsgatan 8 [0] Göteborg.

The yearly FSONCS meetings have a reputation of being nice friendly gatherings, with a nice open and welcoming atmosphere. 

Both new and experienced members of the association are encouraged to attend along with those who have a general interest in our cause for Free Software and a Free society.

The schedule for the day should look something like this:

9.45-9.55 Participants are expected to arrive at Språkbanken
Welcoming notes.
10.15 Meeting opening
11.30 Expected Lunch break/fika (possible one break every hour)
13.15 Expected/Possible closing of meeting
After the closing of the meeting another fika and more social time are expected to follow at Språkbanken.

The FSCONS yearly meeting agenda [1]  which we are planning to follow looks like this:

*Meeting opening
*Other meeting formalities
*Election of meeting officials
  *Chairman
  *Secretary
*Approval, which also counts the votes
*Decision on the agenda
*Is there quorum, and was the meeting properly announced?
*Adjustment and approval of electoral register
*Annual report
   *Economical report
   *Auditor's report
*Discharge of the board
*New elections
   *Board election. The board should consist of at least three regular members.
   *Election of auditor
*Decision on membership fees
*The Association plan for operation during the coming year
*Received motions
*Other questions
*Meeting closure

== Practical information == 

It's good if those who are planning to attend arrive in time for the meeting. There should be signs and instruction outside Språkbanken about how to get into the building.
