We welcome all members and other interested parties to the yearly 
meeting to be held *Sunday November 21, between the hours 13:00-15:00 at 
Språkbanken*, in Humanisten, Lundgrensgatan 9/Renströmsgatan 6, 412 56 
GÖTEBORG. Directly after the yearly meeting there will be a *social 
dinner*. The food is sponsored by Friprogramvarusyndikatet.

Members have a vote at the yearly meeting. If you are not already a 
member and want the possibility to vote in addition to take part in the 
meeting, you can become a member, before or at the meeting. Simplest is 
to do it in advance in the associations section at

The standard yearly meeting agenda, with or without additions, will be 
made available closer to the yearly meeting.

*To be able to plan for fika and dinner reservations we need your say if 
you want to attend either or both the yearly meeting and the social 
dinner.* Please respond in a private answer to this mail with your 
participation.

At the meeting and the dinner everyone contributes to the keeping of 
social distance.
