Venue:
- A meeting has been scheduled with the prefect for Humanisten.

Policy:
- The policy group will meet next week.

Web:
- The 2013 website has been set up and the blog migrated to a new system.

Sponsor:
- The evaluation for Göteborg & Co has been completed and LJO will send
it per request.

Promotion:
- The uploading of videos from 2012 has begun

Programme:
- We have three confirmed tracks (see
http://wiki.fscons.org/page/Programme_aspect_2013). In addition, five
more organisations have been asked to be track managers but not yet
confirmed their participation.

Other:
- We had a discussion on a potential theme. See separate e-mail.
- A speakers' corner was suggested for social activity
