Hello all,

Here is an update on the status of the CFP:

* The CFP is on the website: https://fscons.org/2013/cfp/
I made some cut in the text, mostly because I don't control the CFP 
form as easily as I did before so some part of the text didn't match the 
form.
* CFP form: the submission form is 
http://frab.fscons.org/en/fscons13/cfp/
Note that the software is a bit experimental, please report any 
problems to this list
* Announcement: I am still working on setting-up the ML to send the 
announcement.
ML exists at fripost but I am waiting for the DNS to propagate to run a 
test.
