I think it should be quickly established whether Cory Doctorow is
available and willing to be a keynote at FSCONS, and if not, begin
to find an alternative.

Should I add McLeod and Stross to the list at
http://wiki.fscons.org/page/Keynote_Suggestions_2013 ?
