Dear all,

Since all the candidates for keynote speakers have declined, the
second round of votes for keynote speakers starts now and continues
until 1 August 23:59:59 (Thursday).

Please follow the instructions in the original email (see below) to
cast your votes.

If you wish to champion someone not in the 2013 short-list, you may
want to add them to that list and inform the mailing-list about it
(otherwise they will likely not get very many votes...).
