I agree that the new colors are more welcoming then the old ones, maybe we should change the color on the website banner and the color in our logo as well ?

Great to hear that the ads will be available in time for the deadline.

Furthermore, I think the change will be to our benefit, since the old
colours were not as kind and welcoming. The new ones also offer greater
flexibility with regards to design. In my opinion, the old ones worked
ok as a small border on the top of the website, but not so well
decorating a banner, let alone distributed across an A3 poster.

Since we are close to the deadline, I've given the designer a go-ahead
with the new colours now. He confirmed that the material will be
finished before the deadline.
