* If you don't have an account yet, request one on the wiki

* come and say hi on the #fscons IRC channel and ask that someone review your account (any existing user can approve account requests)

* write a few sentence on who you are and what you do for fscons on your User: page. Use the template https://wiki.fscons.org/Template:User_info, or not...
