I talked to Oliver Propst from Mozilla at DIY Days about the
possibility of taking a road trip to Brussels for FOSDEM. 

Are there perhaps two more persons interested in riding along, sharing
costs and environmental impact?

The trip down takes 12 hours and requires 254 litres of fuel, costing
approx. 3500 and the ferry to Germany 1300, a total of 4800:- SEK, or
1200:- per person both ways for 4 people. Less than taking Brussels
Airlines from Landvetter.

I believe Oliver has suggestions for affordable accommodation in
Brussels.

There will be a 91 km detour through South Holland to pick up some
antique clocks I've had for repair there. Meanwhile a visit to the
hackerspace in Den Haag could be arranged.
