Hello,

Now that mast of the people who came to the meetings last year have filled the table, I took the liberty to choose a date and create a page with last year's agenda.

I know it's the job of the board so I'm probably not supposed to do that but I wanted to test my magic "next meeting" box :-D

As per the association statuses, the invitation for the yearly meeting must be sent at least 3 weeks before the meeting, which means it's already too late for the 8-9 of February.

Right now the earliest most popular date is the 15th of January. I suggest that everyone who wish to indicate their preferences do it no later than Thursday so there will be time to send the invitation before next Saturday.
