Hello everyone,

Plz remind me the adress of the bar again, I'll join you guys on the pub meeting 28th April.

I volunteer to work with the reception aspect. I already have a small plan such as search for volunteers, book meals, hotels, arrange the decoration and some entertaining programs for participants, contact with different Student Unions to ask for help with spreading information on the conference, etc. I need to set the deadline for each activity so I need to know the time and date as well as the budget that I can have for activities that I'll take care of. 

Also, do you have any other presents except for T-shirts that I can give away to volunteers. The aim is to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

I don't know how you did last year. Oliver doesn't think it's nescessary to meet me up to share experiences and ideas and I've still been waiting for his email (which he had promise) for 3 weeks now.

What were the ourcomes of the last pub meeting? I didn't hear from you or couldn't find any info on it on the wiki. Anyway, do I need to prepare something for this upcoming meeting?
