We did not plan to have one extra physical according to discussion at
the workmeeting when we decided to extend the deadline for the CFP, but
let the aspect, currently the programme managers, after our aspect
meeting the comming week, coordinate the accepted CFP contributions with
the affected track managers and let the submitters know before the deadline.

Since most of the programme is filled with track speakers the
coordination with the track managers is the biggest task and that have
different later deadlines.
