Missing the swirl (again!)

It carries virtually no information: you don't know what fscons is or
what it is about. I suggest adding at least 2 of the following:
- keynote titles
- track titles
- full conference name

Why a tree?? I mean, we're gonna be indoors, in the city, in winter...
so I don't see the connection with FSCONS. Oh, and what are the colored 
bubbles
supposed to be?
