Klondike did not have much more information to add in regard to the budget, he said Gregoire borrowed the only pair of speakers that was in the restaurant from someone so nothing more rented, but if you have invoices showing there was stuff rented, please share them so I understand what needs to be rented because the wiki is not listing that.

Seems the voluenteer list was done adhoc and perhaps Dimitri has a list according to Klondike, will dig into it.

Nicolas, like I told you at the work meeting the hardware budget for
last years conference was the same as this year and we used roughly 7000
SEK then and roughly the same in 2012. I have the invoices in case the
info of what was rented is not available in digital form after talking
to klondike. The schedule and ppl might well have been on the wiki, but
I noticed I had to redo some budget aspect pages before the summer too.
