The basic tri-color swirl that I've been using pretty much everywhere
is from the 2010 logo (https://wiki.fscons.org/File:FSCONS_logo_2010.svg).
For convenience, I uploaded a file with the swirl alone:
https://wiki.fscons.org/File:Swirl.svg (there seems to be a problem with
thumbnail generation but you can get the svg)

I don't know what you mean "based on [] last year poster design" as last
year's poster did not include the swirl.

*Update* The thumbnail generation now works :-)
