Yes, we always put out the slides. Speakers should send their
slides to the person who wrote up their presentation in the
schedule via frab ( https://frab.fscons.org/ ) -- that would
typically be the track manager of the speaker's track. Go to
the Event page, Edit event, and upload the slides to Uploaded
files -- Add file. Then there will be a link to the slides
from the schedule event page.
(Link to video files (when they are published) are made in a
similar way -- just choose Links -- Add link instead of
Uploaded files -- Add file.)
