It sounds like a nice tool.

I just wanted to say that I think one aspect of scheduling should actually be a concern right now, namely deciding and inviting keynotes for FSCONS 2015. The sooner the better, actually.

The CCC people have created a new tool that they use on top of frab (if
I understood correctly) called halfnarp[1]. What it allows you to do is
to publish the accepted talks before you put them in the actual
schedules (with times and rooms) and let people "vote" on what they want
to see so that when you make the actual schedule you get some data
about the conflicts to avoid and the respective popularity of the
tracks.
And it's open source ;-)
