Right so I think its great if we think about for a second what we can
to discuss during the meeting on Wednesday and what we have for
expectations on the outcome. I understand that you two wanted to focus
the meeting on improving our work environment, that's sounds good to
me.

I don't think we should have to high expectations on this first task
force meeting  but see it as a starting point for our work. It might
be necessary for us to to have a couple of meetings over the next
month(s).

One thing that was discussed on the November 24 meeting was that we
should try to use use the wiki more frequently, as you Greg are most
familiar if the structure of the wiki it would be great if you wanted
to create a section for 2015 and maybe think of a good place to store
info/notes about these task force meetings. Once we have a wiki page
for the the upcoming Wednesday meeting we can add things there of
course.

I guess you two have read the mail from Tam, I think that mail
contained very useful information that are valuable in our future
efforts. I'm not sure how much time we have to discus it during our
Wednesday meeting, but I guess its great to have in mind.
