It sounds like a nice project but the description is a bit vague for me
to see where FSCONS would fit in. We don't really do software
development as part of FSCONS and I'm not sure we can commit to organize
an other event right now. :-/
If you haven't done it yet, I'd suggest you contact collaboratory
(http://collaboratory.se/), it seems to me that your project should matches
their interests quite well.
But that doesn't mean we can't collaborate. For instance, if you which
to organize a track or a workshop during FSCONS itself, you'll be very
welcome to contact us at a later date.
