Righ so we have discussed about having a student meetup where we can
meet up with students and others who might be interested in getting
involved with the conference. While we first discussed to have the
meetup during the spring now I guess it would make more sense to have
it sometime in the beginning of June, just after the final exams but
before many students leave the city (or country) for the summer break.

If you others think this sounds as a good idea I'm happy create a poll
with concrete suggestions on dates.

It would of course be great to know when the final exams are before
creating the poll, if anyone know this you are very welcome to let me
know, otherwise I'm happy to look it up myself before creating the
poll.
