Only talks submitted through the CfP are registered as submitted.
Suggestions are merely, as the name implies, suggestions to the
programme committee, that we might follow up on if we do not fill the
schedule with the talks coming in through the CfP.

If you are confident that the two talks you mention will happen, i.e.
that the speakers are committed to coming, please either submit them
to the CfP form or ask the speakers to do so themselves. If you do not
know whether the speakers will be able to come to FSCONS, you should
first contact them and ask.
