Dear all,

As decided last IRC meeting [0] we want to have documentation oriented
work meeting sometime soon before FSCONS. I have put up a poll with
suggested times here: https://framadate.org/fUmoUsbDN776NTry

Please mark your preference! Though the primary focus is on
documentation, which includes making sure instructions on the wiki are
up to date, making signs for the venue etc., other FSCONS related work
is more than welcome too. To get started, please help out with adding
tasks that need doing, either by replying to the list (preferable) or
by adding comments to the poll.

So far, off the top of my head:
* Updating wiki:
 - Instructions for camera crew
 - Instruction for room hosts
 - [add your suggestions here]
* Making sure there are printable signs with arrows etc.
* [Add points here]
