FSCONS 2017 will be if at all on Oslo.
FSCONS 2016 will be on a expensive hotel which most of the attendees
from previous years will not be able to afford because FSCONS could not
get enough organizers to make the conference happen.

It is quite clear FSCONS is on the way out as people with time to put
into the conference will not be able to do so as they will not be able
to attend the conference. Whatever, see you at FOSDEM if it stays alive...
