Hello everyone,

Christian and I have been working on finalizing and confirming 
the booking of rooms for FSCONS 2019. First we got a preliminary 
response that our preferred dates, 9-10 november were available. 
But then we got a counter message, saying that Ole Johan Dahls 
Hus was booked for another conference that week end. To make a 
long story short: After verifying that the other booking wasn't 
us by bureaucratic mistake, we have now booked Ole Johan Dahls 
Hus for our second preferred choice of dates: 2-3 november.

In other words, FSCONS will take place 2-3 november. Luckily we 
had not published the first dates anywhere, so this change of 
plans will not require a lot of work or external corrections. 
(Aside from a few early booked speakers that we need to 
reconfirm.)

This will give us one less week to prepare and get ready for the 
conference. Please take note of the new dates, and we can also 
talk about this at tomorrow's meeting.
