It seams that we have most of the votes for the 9 of July. However, we
might want to find another day, so that Thomas can also participate?

We will need to discuss the proposition of Kacper to postpone the
conference for another year.  So it is important that as many as
possible participate. Thomas is also one of the main organisers, so he
will need to be there.
