This a kind and final reminder to everyone that the FSCONS 2020 yearly meeting will as previously announced take place this Sunday, October 11th at Humministen, Renströmsgatan 6 and online at https://meet.jit.si/FSCONS2020yearlymeeting from around 10 am.

With a schedule for the day like this

9.45-9.55 Participants are expected to arrive at Hummanisten.

Welcoming notes.
10.15 Meeting opening
11.30 Expected Lunch break/fika (possible one break every hour)
13.15 Expected/Possible closing of meeting

And an the agenda that should look something like this

*Meeting opening

*Other meeting formalities
*Election of meeting officials
  *Chairman
  *Secretary
*Approval, which also counts the votes
*Decision on the agenda
*Is there quorum, and was the meeting properly announced?
*Adjustment and approval of electoral register
*Annual report
   *Economical report
   *Auditor's report
*Discharge of the board
*New elections
   *Board election. The board should consist of at least three regular members.
   *Election of auditor
*Decision on membership fees
*The Association plan for operation during the coming year
*Received motions
*Other questions
*Meeting closure

Even if you have not previously been involved in the accession you are welcome to join the meeting.

We will of course take notes and try to make them available as soon as possible after the meeting.

It's not too late to submit questions (or think about what you want to be discussed during the meeting).

Also please note that I think there is no overstatement that its appreciate those with interest in the pay annual membership of 100 sek which possible to do by making a wire transfer to Friprogramvarusyndikatet Göteborg at Plus-Giro 47 78 84-1.
