That will be the track managers' responsibility.

Note that we haven't had a chance to have a programme meeting, so as of
yet, there are no appointed track managers, but I'll make sure this
happens as soon as possible and keep you in the loop.

Previous years, each track manager has done their own correspondance,
but synchronising our information is probably a good idea. I'll keep
that in mind when contacting them.
