After some of you have requested a way to take part of the work meetings
without being physically present, our hardware team has created a
meeting room on https://meetings.io/

We haven't tried it before, but it seems simple enough, so hopefully it
will work well for all who are interested. In order not to delay the
meeting, we'll have a short test period before, starting the screening
5-10 minutes before 18:00. It would be great if all remote participants
could check in during that test to help us resolve any problems.

We're aware that this is not a free software solution, and that it uses
flash. However, the hardware team and I have limited experience with
video conferencing, and don't have time to research and set up something
great and free ourselves. If anyone would like to do that, it would, of
course, be most welcome!
