Sorry, but I still can't figure it out. I find two routes, and
none of them works:

Route 1:

People -->

This conference or Speakers --> a list of current
organizers
Add person --> seems to be a form for self-registering for
organizers

Route 2:
https://frab.fscons.org/en/fscons13/public/schedule/2
--> Speakers --> Events --> choosing event, for example:
https://frab.fscons.org/en/fscons13/public/events/35
and on this page there is a header Speakers with empty space
under it, but there is no way to write there, and also the
header Speakers is not clickable.

Is there an easy way to change just the time fields? That is,
Start Time on these pages:

Or do I have to delete all three entries, and then enter them
from scratch?

I guess I can live without the speaker names on the top level,
but I really need to move Trond Trosterud two slots down to 12:00
(and the current 11:00 to 10:00, and the current 12:00 to 10:00),
since he may not have arrived at 10:00 sunday. (And I'm not the
one who moved him to that slot...)
