* Volunteers
- We have recruited 25 volunteers.
- The walkthrough will take place tomorrow Tuesday at 18:00.
- We will look into getting reflector vests for all staff and volunteers.

* Café
- There will be free breakfast.
- Näckrosen will deliver soup, sallads and baguettes that we will sell.
- There will be pizza.
- We are ordering drinks and snacks from Axfood.
- The prices need to be entered into the cash register system.
- Speakers and volunteers will get one free meal per working day.

* Web
- The Practical Info section is pretty much complete
- If possible, we would like a legend on top of the public schedule that
shows which colors belong to which tracks.

* Venue
- We found a cheaper solution for card terminals than previous years.
- There will be courses at Humanisten during the weekend. People without
badges should be asked whether they are part of the conference if they
try to attend any sessions.
- A code to enter the main door will be provided to all participants.

* Schedule
- Except for two unconfirmed talks, the schedule is now full.

* Hardware
- We need to look through the equipment, check if it's working and
whether we need to buy batteries.
- One of the events need a 6-channel mixer.

* Promotion
- Posters are printed and can be picked up from a plastic bag hanging in
the hallway of Språkbanken.
- T-shirts have been ordered. We only ordered 50, so no free ones for
the volunteers.

* Programme Booklet
- It is more or less ready and will be sent to printing tomorrow morning.

* Also
- There will be a practical preparations meeting at Thursdag 18:00 at
Språkbanken.
