You always have to chose how you spend your time of course, and in a
volunteer organization such FSCONS its completely up to you how you
spend that time. With this said if we want to make changes that
requires a certain amount of time, we need pepole who are willing to
spend that time (as you are aware of).

An important reason as I have mentioned is time. As the time are
passing by, our world, organization change. To reflect the changes
(some) organizations choose to change their graphical profile, or does
it without no obvious reasons. In our case, this it as I have
mentioned this is something
we discussed for some time.
When Jens last year designed a poster with a different graphic profile
then the one we had had before I (that received praise), I saw an
excellent opportunity to finally do one thing we within the
organization had talked about a long time.
I also thinks this something that can be done now that we pretty have
stable technical infrastructure that to my understanding do not
require much work.
