Hi Thomas!

I believe you're right, I'm afraid. That also corresponds with replies
to our previous year's invitation. The problem is that we usually wait
with setting the date until after we get the venue booked, and also that
we tend to wait and see what date other conferences choose.

I think we could change that procedure though. We tend to collide with
some conferences anyways, and we could probably live with a slight
uncertainty regarding the venue.
