I'm sorry to be negative, but I don't like the colors. To me, it 
looks like the poster has been bleached, either by chemicals or 
by the sun. All the three arrow colors have this bleached look, 
and there is a negative synergy between them making it look extra 
strongly bleached.

To suggest some concrete alternatives:

Perhaps orange, lime green and indigo could work?

Or just reverse the colors from 2013?

Yellow -- Red -- Blue
So maybe it could be Blue -- Red -- Yellow, reverse of 2013.

I'm not an expert on colors and graphics, so maybe my concrete
suggestions won't work.

My point is only that I think the logo/poster should have
stronger, happier colors.
