I'm sorry to be negative, but I don't like the colors. To me, it looks like
the poster has been bleached, either by chemicals or by the sun. All the
three arrow colors have this bleached look, and there is a negative synergy
between them making it look extra strongly bleached.

To suggest some concrete alternatives:

Perhaps orange, lime green and indigo could work?

Or just reverse the colors from 2013?
