Hello,

the status on the venue is that I talked to the admin responsible for
the events in IFI and she has to check with another event that is
happening in a weekend around the same dates as ours. Then she will
e-mail me asap; but with the admins we cannot know exactly when they
will e-mail back :) so I will go and double check if she does not answer
until next week.
