On yesterday's meeting, we set the date for this year's FSCONS. It will
take place on 8 to 10 November.

Also, a question that was not resolved is how the different aspects
should conduct their internal communication. Three suggestions were
mentioned:
* The person responsible for an aspect publishes their contact
information on the wiki and handles it themselves
* The general org-list will be used for all aspect-internal
communication as well.
* Every aspect gets their own mailing list.
Which would you all prefer?
