Also, a question that was not resolved is how the different aspects
should conduct their internal communication. Three suggestions were
mentioned:
* The person responsible for an aspect publishes their contact
information on the wiki and handles it themselves
* The general org-list will be used for all aspect-internal
communication as well.
* Every aspect gets their own mailing list.
Which would you all prefer?
I suggest using the general org list for everything. If that list
gets swamped, then we can split off the biggest sub aspects to
separate mailing lists by demand, if/when they grow to critical mass.
