Hi!

I don't want to start a discussion about this right now but it saddens me
that young people aren't getting better treatment. Especially when we
have an entire track, very technical heavy I want to add, devoted for young
people.

I do however want this to be properly evaluated and discussed after the
conference.

Questions from the top of my head:

* I don't get the motivation with money at all. Couldn't the travel money for
Serengeti track be used to cover the ticket subsidy?

* Of course attenders need to be able to take care of themselves. I say, if
parents let them go by alone they probably can handle it.

* Actually filling workshops should be of higher importance than a few
hundred SEK imho. Especially if the participants can get a pass for only
that workshop.

* The whole idea with the track was to have young people as participants
equal to adult ones. Having serengeti stuff outside the main venue, does
not comply with this intention at all.

There's probably lots more but I am just braindumping right now for later
discussion.

The whole idea is to open up and broaden the FSCONS target group.
Especially since last year really showed that young people and families
with children can attend and partake in the conference.
