It is up to the track manager(s) to divide the availble track budget (if
one is provided by FSCONS for the track it is by default 4000 SEK)
between the persons needing reimbursement. So the person only needs to
send as many receipts making the sum equal to or larger than the
allotted amount of reimbursement.
