I don't know when, but as a small incentive, and since there were a lot
of waffles batter left, we suggested that there might be warm waffles at
the evaluation meeting!

As we discussed many times, it is usually not the hardware team but me
who encode the video. I'm hoping to get it done before the end of the
year (not that I would mind if someone else is eager to do it :-D)
