I agree. A lot of people mentioned this during the weekend, and I 
think it's important to catch the "I went to lecture A, but I 
really would have liked to attend the lecture B (and C) that was 
at the same time"-wave.

Yes, I know encoding and editing is a big job. But is it 
possible, as a temporary solution, to just dump all the raw files 
in a big FTP archive, and link to this from the schedule pages? 
Perhaps also mention the FTP archive in a news mailing to 
participants.
