Although I can make it next week, I think it might be a bit early.
I suggest the 2nd of December if it works for everyone.
Not only Andreas can then attend but this leave us some time to do some
work on stuff we may want to talk about at the meeting. I'm thinking
about the conference budget for instance. Also processing the surveys.
(And maybe getting some things done with the videos, although I still
cannot get the files so I may not be able to do much...)
