Hi Johanna,
Thank you, this is a great meeting invite.

I cannot stress enough the importance of
agenda as well as start and duration.

Having these two elements ready weeks before a meeting lets everyone
decide if they want to attend.

However, I would really like to strike "status" points from this and
future agendas. Spending precious time in meetings updating each other
on things can figure out before the meeting is counterproductive.

We should really have one place where everyone can put
in and look up status. That was the point of the "speakers" spreadsheet,
perhaps we need something for other aspects of the planning. Until we
have that "something else" (I will try to whip something up), we should
rely on email.

For instance,
status applications: Frifond and Nordisk Kultur Fond have been
applied, NUUG Foundation application has not been started.

That information can be included in the final meeting invitation as
critical info for all attendees.
