Great job wrangling this meeting Johanna.
I have made a note of the date & time and I will be there.

If I may suggest

 - create and send a calendar invite (ics file) to the mailing list.
 A lotta people's email solutions will auto-add this to their calendar. I've 
used gmail or
   thunderbird/lightning to make one in the past, but any app will do.

Even a well-prepared meeting suffers from the "I totally thought it was
next week"-problem, so it's good to also
 - send a reminder on Saturday or Sunday.
