1. Deciding the place where to put and  look up status. (ref. the emails

2. Discuss more thoroughly the Program (ref. e-mail Christian
10.05.2019, 12:03)

    Status speakers and keynotes. How many speakers do we have until now
and how many more do we need?

    Informing the speakers about the change of the date for the conference.

    Organizing of the talks and tracks.

3. Update of the webpages of FSCONS.

4. Status sponsor applications.

5. PR planing; creating posters;

5. Plans for volunteering work during the conference.

6. Update of the webpages of FSCONS.


STATUS:

Status applications: Frifond and Nordisk Kultur Fond have been applied,
NUUG Foundation application has not been started.

Status invited speakers:
Tobias Pulls was informed of the conference date change and is still
able to participate.

Status venue:
The date for the conference was changed to 2-3 of November, and the
booking of the rooms for these dates was confirmed by administration
both at MatNat and Ifi.
