The pizza last year was fantastic, and it doesn't have to be
warm because it was without cheese(!). I strongly urge you
to repeat the pizza from last year!

Hi everyone.
Since I'm not responsible for the café at FSCONS, these are my thoughts.
I'm planning on ordering everything on Monday.

9:00-10:15
(free) Breakfast
bread, milk free butter, vegetables, coffee, tea.
2 people needed to prepare the ingredients

10:15-12:45
regular cafeteria
free coffee and tea
selling of sodas, candybars, some frallor, buns, fruit
(question: what was available last year?)
ability to buy beers opens here too, even though I expect people to start drinking more of those later in the day
2 people to staff

12:45 - 14:00 Lunch.
regular cafeteria
since there are a lot of restaurants around, make a list with recommendation of those.
lunch for volunteers would be soup and bread, as it keeps warm longer.
2 people continue the staffing from 10:15, possible that a 3rd needs to join them, depending on the workload of preparing volunteer lunch

14:00-18:00
regular cafeteria
2 people to staff

18.00-23.00
Dinner sold. I'm kind of blank on ideas what to sell. Pizzas gets cold very fast. Salads feel a bit meagre.
Snacks sold, such as crisps, popcorn, Not Nuts due to allergy risk.
3 people to staff

Skyman also suggested having a pant-system on the bottles, so you get 5kr back for every bottle you turn in.
This would free up a staff member who would need to run around and clean up otherwise.

Feedback welcome!
